BASD Meal Order Form

Families are able to register any BASD student or child (18 and younger) who resides in the Butler Area School District for free breakfast and lunch while students are learning remotely for any reason. Whether your child is enrolled in the BASD Cyber Learning Program, their school is temporarily learning remotely, they must quarantine at home or they are not yet school age, we would be happy to provide him/her with breakfast and lunch for free. 

Special instructions for the December 2020

For the month of December, you only need to sign up once to receive meals while we are operating remotely and on winter break. If you received delivery last week (on Monday, Dec. 7), you will receive delivery through the winter break. If you picked up meals on Monday, Dec. 7 or Thursday, Dec. 10, you will be able to pick up meals through winter break.

Pick Up Dates

  • Monday, December 14 from 11 am - 1 pm at the Senior High School or Emily Brittain Elementary School 
  • Friday, December 18 from 11 am - 1 pm at the Senior High School or Emily Brittain Elementary School

Delivery Dates

  • Monday, December 14  
  • Friday, December 18 

If we return to school in person after winter break (as planned), families will need to submit their order each week using THIS FORM
