As we prepare to welcome our students back to school, we know we have shared quite a bit of information with families over the last few weeks. Here's a brief summary all in one place to help you prepare for Monday, January 4.
Mode of Operation
As of Monday, January 4, this is our operating plan.
Elementary (K-6) - Enhanced Green -- Live in-person instruction for all students beginning on Monday, January 4, 2021.
Secondary (7-12) - Hybrid - COHORT -- Live in-person instruction for ½ students in cohorts beginning on Monday, January 4, 2021. (Secondary self-contained special education classrooms will attend 5 days per week.)
Center Avenue Community School (K-12) -- Live in-person instruction for all students beginning on Monday, January 4, 2020.
Special Education Specialized Classrooms (K-12) -- Continue live in-person instruction for all students.

Returning Remote Distance Learning Materials (Grades K-6)

In order to ensure we prepare enough meals without too much excess, we are asking families to sign up each week that they would like to receive meals for their children. We would appreciate it if families could sign up by 5 pm on Sunday for that week. Click to sign up.

Report Illness to the School Nurse
It is very important that our information regarding positive COVID-19 cases among our students and staff is as accurate as possible. If your child tests positive for COVID-19 or is sick and exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, please let their school nurse know. Click for school nurse contact info.
Don't forget to complete the daily wellness check each day before sending your child to school. You do not have to officially submit documentation. We just ask that you review the wellness check and only attend school in person if your child is well. Thank you!
