The Middle School had a Veterans Day Assembly. The sixth grade chorus members sang “The National Anthem” as the Color Guard presented the flags. Chorus then sang “The Armed Forces Salute” and some members of the BMS faculty joined in to show their support and honor our veterans.

Two sixth grade student council students, Amelia Bosco and Addison Tack, informed the student body about the importance of Veterans Day and honored our own veteran, Mr. Smith. The students also heard from a guest speaker.

Finally, Mrs. Hovancik introduced our 4th annual project of packing boxes for Veterans. The boxes will be sent to the men and woman who are serving our country overseas.

A very special thank you to all of those who are serving or have served our country.
